Changing a blower and not building motor > Building your motor + blower kit..

$20k mods > $8k in mods

Food for thought...

LOL @ Jeff for editing my post LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

Put the exhaust back on last night and filled it up with 93oct. 650-700rwhp doesn't feel fast... It is actually really boring now. Then again the high boost settings feel boring now. Guess it's time for a built motor when I can afford it. Maybe 1200rwhp will keep me happy.

Powell is right, Gforce recently did a Shelby and i believe they said the guy spent 6,000 tops on a blower and ended up with 750 ponies, stock motor.. kinda hard to do that with any "stock motor" in any other car.

I'm thinking if the GT500 keeps on looking this good, I might have to put one in my garage next to the wifes Escalade...

Plus they shaved 200lbs off the front of it compared to the 2010. We done several GT500's all you need is a KB 2.8H Mammoth $6300 and a X Pipe and catback to get 750 RWHP plus.

My "Stock" motor Z with my previously smaller SL1500 paxton unit made 759 rwhp and the kit was 6k installed.

Plenty of them running around with 650-700 rwhp w/o problems bro. fyi.

So your stock bottom/top end motor was making 759 rwhp?? This is the stock motor that came in the car from dealership correct?
