Not sure if that is a by-pass regulator or not.

Non-Bypass Setup
2-5
7 capped off.
6 capped off unless you have a dual feed carb.
4- Carb
3-1 Fuel Supply

Tony has it right for the By-Pass setup.

I remember reading in a thread, he is building a 383 with le3 setup and using stock intake fuel system for the lt1 and a 200 shot. He claims for his nitrous setup.

6 and 7 are caps, Are one of or both of those completely capped off tightly or not? If one is, it might not get used at all.

I hope he has a by-pass regulator.

Depends on the type of setup you are using.
The By-Pass regulator is just that. It takes some of the fuel and by-pass the regulator back to the tank. Looks like you are using a Holley (Blue) fuel pump.

If I had to guess the setup that you bought was for a non-bypass setup.

The reason for that is that one end of the regulator is capped as well as the fuel tank is capped.

Look on the regulator and see if it has any markings on the ports. If you see a IN on the bottom port and OUT on the two other ports then the regulator is a Non-Bypass. If you see a RET on the bottom port and a IN and OUT on the two top ports then this is a by-pass regulator. I know that the Holley regulators has those markings on them.

This is a low pressure Carb style setup, non bypass.

4- Carb
3-1 Fuel Supply

This is perfect to set it up this way. THe numbers are right on for installation. It will be the same for carb and throttle body~

I let you know when it was sold, it was also listed in the for sale add as a low pressure system. It did come off my car, I ran a carb style plate system on it. Its no problem at all, all you have to do is call your NOS maker and ask them for a re jet chart...simple.

Out of the bottom of the cell to the inlet of the pump(its marked inlet/outlet) out of the pump to the bottom of the regulator, out of the gauge side of the regulator to the fuel solenoid on the NOS kit.

That will have to be used as a dead headed low pressure system.

3 to 1
2 to 5
4 to fuel solenoid

Make sure you wire that in with a relay. You will need to ask the manufacture of what ever nitrous system you have for jetting at about 6 to 7 psi.

If you want to turn the system into a return style system you can put a bleed off fitting at the fuel solenoid with a restrictor jet and flow it back to number 7 on the tank.

Thats not one of our systems. We dont use external pumps and we use Aeromotive regulators.
