Default wiring up th400 speed sensor

I've looked but with no luck how do you wire up the factory wiring harness into the new sensor i bought from speedinc?pics would help a ton

Take the old sensor wires and splice them into the new plug end and plug it in.
Color doesn't matter, it can be wired either way.

This is assuming you have a factory th400 speed sensor.

this is what i bought from speedinc

GM8655291 GM Speedometer Sensor
GM8655315 GM Speedometer Drive Sensor Rotor

i need to know what kinda male sensor i need to wire onto the stock harness which plugs into the speed sensor sorry if i confused anybody.

It would be just great if people selling parts for the swap would provide the part number for the plug. I don't have it.

the VSS plug is 12085498

These connectors exist on f bodies in various locations. like the a/c compressor clutch wire, etc.

sweet thanks for the link, now for the wiring of old unit that new sensor looks like it only takes 2 wires, been a long time since i looked at my old one but i think it has more then 2 wires to it, what do u do with all the extra wires?

i have my harness out of the car just wanna make it easier now then trying to playing guessing games

The speedo sensor has two wires, old and new.
The rest go to the big plug, you can tie them up on top of the transmission, cut them off, or trace them back to the ecm and un-pin them. The rear O2 sensor wires are also in this bundle.
