Default intake gasket ???

been having symptoms of a vaccum leak since a head swap no power popping through intake exaust sounds horrible raspy and crackly ,I changed the intake gaskets 3 times 3rd time using thicker gaskets but everytime I pull the intake there is oil between the gasket where the intake meets the head at the bottom , I have good clearance between the block an intake so hows oil gettin there so fast ???

pulled one of the heads today after hunting down this problem 4 a month now and noticed one of the exaust valves you could look through the exaust port and see light around the valve , so I poured water in the port and it leaks around it would this cause it to run like ****
