Torquer V2 cam only results
Today I got to do some bracket racing at the local 1/8 mile. If only i knew it was going to be so dang hot I wouldn't have went haha. But either way here are my results
4100ft DA fist pass
60ft 1.73
330ft 5.0312
594ft 7.25
1/8ET 7.761
1/8mph 90.55
4170 DA second pass
60ft 1.7272
330ft 5.0239
594ft 7.2522
1/8ET 7.7522
1/8mph 90.32
i made a couple more passes and either spun or had to hit the brakes to not break out so here was my final pass of the day
4581 DA hot....as.....*****
60ft 1.74
330ft 5.0528
594ft 7.2890
1/8ET 7.7858
1/8mph 90.58
all in all a good time but the 94 degrees and 90% humidity with a 105 heat index killed the day. its full bolt-ons with a ss3600, 255 mt, skinnies.
I have 373 gears ready to go in now and if that doesn't make it 60ft better its getting a bigger stall. Let me know what you think and if anyone could tell me what you think it would run corrected it would be appreciated.

its around 3500 im guessing maby lighter since i was using the skinnies, its a cloth, manual seat car with a hardtop so its pretty light, My car just leaves soft for some reason. it looks like a 2.0 60ft if you watch it leave. i used to have a 4000 in it at one time but the lockup clutch was toast, but that converter would hit hard. spinning to a 1.64 with boltons which makes me want to go back to one. if i can get into the 1.5s ill be good to go.

Damn dude....4100da!! Man thats great times for such a high da. Try this website to compare but like the other guy said you have a mid 11 sec. car in good air. When I ran 11.60s my eigth mile time was 7.38-7.40@92....and that was in the winter! You will be shocked at how much difference neg. da can make. By the way I was thinking about that cam, how do you like it?

I'd rather have an easier leaving car that runs a little more mph to judge the stripe versus a hard-hitting ride that could be subject to spinning. Either way, congrats the 1/4-final finish!

the car does launch really soft which really explains why the stock rear has lasted 100+passes.lol. after these gears im going to start saving for a transmission because the stock one will fail eventually. many remove the front swaybar and un-needed stuf here or there. i really want.to get the car mid 11s cam only
