you made the right choice...The CTS-V coupe looks like a busch league effort at making a pinewood derby car, in other words a wedge/slab.....rear quarters/haunches sit up too high for starters...

The V Coupe is ugly. The GT-500 ran a higher mph. The GT-500 is $14k less.

, 2010. It's a really good ride with nice fit and finish. I feel like a traitor to Chevy but they haven't come out with the Z28 yet and I wasn't looking to spend enough for a Z06.

So far, I just have axle-back muffler deletes. Next plans are pulley/tune, JLT cold air, and suspension somewhere in there.

How's everything going with you?

I got to drive a GT500 last week at my job, and when I say drive, I mean I pushed this car to see what it would do, in acceleration and braking. I have to say, I am very impressed! The 2010 GT500 is a beautiful car, with plenty of power right out of the box, and the brakes and suspension to compliment it. I think you made the right choice.

Cadillac for the win.

The coupe does look strange but I still like it. Although I am somewhat biased.

It is. Thanks! I had a hard time deciding on a color. It was kinda between red and kona blue. I love black but kinda overdone.

Can't go wrong with classic red/white stripes. Stripe deletes look good too but not on red IMO

Well supposedly the CTS-V costs $14k more. You can do a lot to a GT500 for $14k

I don't know too much about the CTS-V but I reposted this video from svtperformance forum and a member on there posted:

"When a bolt on gm hits 800hp on stock long block I'll worry."
