Pushrod question for those running Morel lifters..
Going to be installing them and some heads this weekend and already have an LG cam with 7.4 rods in there now. I know the preload on the lifters need to be .030-.050 and I'm curious what people are finding in the Morels v.s the stock lifters when it comes to pushrod length?
My car is a daily driver so I will be measuring and hopefully ordering the proper length Saturday afternoon, and I have done some searching and found a thread saying a guy measured his and they were .010 different. So I guess if the measurement is not too far off 7.4 is it o.k to run them for 3-4 days with the 7.4's until the proper length rods arrive?

Thanks guy's I have the Comp adjustable pushrod so I can measure as it seems like a pretty easy process as from what I'm reading you just turn the cam until it's off the lifter, install the rod and torque the rocker and screw the rod out until it takes out the slack on the rocker, then add .050 for preload?
Although when I bought them they said preload needed to be .030-.050 for preload so I guess my question would be is it best to go with the .030 because the lifters are taller?
