Lsx s10 swap headers???
I'm swapin a lsx in my 89 s10 and I have had no luck finding long tube headers that fit. I've used the search on here and found nothing. Please don't say Sanderson shortys bc I don't want those. I need long tubes so is there anyone here that has done this swap and used some long tubes that fit with out using a sledge hammer???

Cadsmibile thank you very much. Zane I have no problem dropping 700 bucks for headers or anything for that matter as long as I'm getting what I pay for.

There's a guy in the city I live in. He custom makes them for customers. His price starts around $400.00 and up. Most of the guys I talked to say their bill was $1000.00 for uncoated steel ones. Another $250.00 for coating .His work is top notch . There's no guys in your city that do anything like that? Here's a link to his site. Very talented guy.:

I'm a fabricator so if I wanted to get custom headers built I could do it myself but I don't have the time to spend makin em so it's easier to just get a set already made. Well if I have to have them run outside the frame then so be it but I really would like to have chassis exit instead.

SUPPOSEDLY Heddman is gonna be building ome chassis exit hedders eventually, but I was able to help convince Jared @ CP Wire to do a dozen or so sets for one last run (being a grand total of TWO runs), and he ended up having to make about 30 sets. That list filled up almost overnight and he's not going to be doing them again. That's a ton of work when your a one man band and already have plenty to do with the "day job".
Gonna be tough to find 'em in the frame for a good while I think. Here's a few shots of mine, and he strayed from the ball/socket flange and used my V-Band flanges at no extra cost, which I thought was REAL NICE of him to do. They are Ceramic Coated by the same outfit that handles the coatings for KOOKS headers, and have a lifetime warranty on the coating.
