PRC 247cc Heads Nearly Done!!
Just thought I'd let you guys know we're working hard to finalize the PRC 247cc ports! Shortly I'll post a flow bench video for you guys to enjoy! These heads have moved over 370cfm on our SF 600 bench. We have a few days left of tweaking before we settle on the final version, but we're very close.
Did I mention it'll be priced the same as all the other PRC cathedral heads? Bottom line is you don't have to pay $3,000 for a top of the line cathedral head!
I just keep thinking it's to bad this head wasn't done before the Hot Rod magazine shootout's cylinder head comparision. The PRC 237cc head moved more air than all the other cathedral heads. (even competitors 245s) Imagine if this head would have made it to that shootout! LOL

Give me some time guys & I'll get more data for you. Will post a flow video today.
It will go on a 4.070" bore no problem, infact hopefully I'll be flowing it some on that exact plate today!

Just had another customer of mine finish up a build consisting of a TSP built 418, PRC 247s, TSP custom cam and all other supporting mods of course. Car made 574-575rwhp through a six speed. Customer is supposed to be sending me some updated graphs that I can post up. Several other builds are currently underway using the new 247s as well so hopefully we will have several other results to share in the near future from other customers.

Its 251/259 camshaft. Hope to have some updated track times in the near future plus the car has a healthy dose of nitrous as well so I expect it to perform pretty good.
