You need to hold the weight of the motor up slightly. I would put the front on ramps, hook a chain to the heads/top of the engine, hoist up on it slightly and loosen the stockers, remove and replace to the solids. I would think the ac compressor and bracket would need to be removed and tied out of the way, and the alt removed. Then you would have unrestricted access from the front.

When I put in my spohns, it took about an hour. Remove Alternator, Unbolt and move forward the A/C and remove the bracket. I used a jack under the oil pan with a wood block to hold up the motor. Jack it up slightly, remove the stock mounts and pedastals. Its more of a pain getting them in the right way than anything, loosely bolt them up to both sides and let the motor down, then tighten all the bolts.

NOTE: intake will hit a strut tower brace if you have it intalled so you might want to remove it first and see the clearance before jacking it up or putting the solids on. With my spohn mounts the intake hit the brace and I had to remove it.

Thats the ticket there. Torquing anything down before all the bolts are in will lead to mass swearing
