Dyno results !
I finally got the 30th to a dyno and had Mark@AAP do a little tuning !
Specifics :
AAP Stage II heads/cam package (222/224 .571" /.571" 114 LSA), Stage II 5.3l heads - 11.1:1 compression,
4,500 miles on new LS6 rotating assembly/Mobil-1 syn
MAC mid-lengths with CarSound cats
GM 3.73 in 10 bolt / unlocked Y3000
stock MAF w/ screen (powdercoated purple) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_images/icons/tongue.gif" />
LS1 intake, EGR intact w/EGR mod
ported TB (Jantzer)
Whisper Lid, pulled out the Holley Powershot filter
pump 91 octane gas
cutout open
17" wheels (275.40.17, 35psi)
ASP pulley
Baseline run : (drum roll please...)
403.1rwhp/407.9rwtq
After leaning it since it was rich and adding a hair of timing :
410.4rwhp/415.0rwtq !!
Needless to say, I'm overjoyed. I knew it was pulling really hard !
Scan of the dyno graph is below.
Happy driving,
Rob (Bad30th) <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

It will be interesting to hear some of the opinions on this one <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
I posted a couple of months ago asking opinions on whether a JPR stage 2 and TR220 combo could hit 400hp in an A4 and there were only a couple of people that thought it possible, so we'll see what responses you get.

Thanks for the feedback guys. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />
It's a daily driver and has pretty good street manners too.
Happy driving,

Re: Dyno results !
Rober 410 rwhp with an unlocked convertor, cats, ls1 intake, and macs is just sick with that tiny cam. AAP heads really are a piece of work, I can't wait for them on my setup to be finished. I think 430 rwhp would be doable with the addition of the LS6 intake, longtubes, and and off road pipe. Now get your car to the track and let's see some good numbers!

WOW!!! 410hp through cats and an LS1 intake, without locking the converter <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> Thats impressive with your combo.

Re: Dyno results !
My buddy Den's S2/Auto with SII and a TR cam dynoed over 400RW with a stock verter then he put a VIG 3600 in the car and lost about 20RW threw the looser verter.
My point being, the Yank 3000 is very very %.
Put a Vig 3600 in your car and redyno,U might be suprised at the dyno numbers?
Anyway u slice it,Your numbers are awesome and Andy is a real nice guy.If I Was out there in Cali.I'd have him do me a set of heads toot sweet.

Great numbers....
I WAS in the process of doing a A4/M6 swap in my car...I was really bummed out that M6 cars with simimlar size cams were putting 25+ more to the ground...but now that I see this, hell, I may keep the A4 and spend the money on some good heads!
Congrats again!! <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
