806 vs 243 valve sizes?
I have a 98 Vette with them factory crappy *** 806's, lol, and I bought a set of BARE 243's. Well I want to swap the valves from my 806's, as far as I know, they have the same size?

Ok, I read somewhere on another site, that the Ls6 valves are approximately .023" longer. Does this mean that the entire valve sits closer to the deck keep the same valve stem height as a regular ls1 head, or are the valve stems sitting .023" taller? If so, that would explain why the Ls6 cam has a smaller base circle and still run 7.4" pushrods...

The 01 LS6 and LS2 valves are the same as the LS1 valves, as in same part number and everything:
Intake: 12563063
Exhaust: 12563064

So I am still confused. I have 806 heads on my 98 T/A. I am planning to swap over to 243's this winter/spring. If the 243's are bare, I'd HAVE to buy new longer intake and exhaust valves to work and could not just swap them from the 806's over to the 243's?

Negative, if you swap the valves from your 806's to the 243's, your valvetrain geometry will be exactly the same as the 806's originally were. If you were to take a set of the hollow/sodium filled LS6 valves and put them into the 243's, you would need shorter pushrods.
