MMM Camaro. Chrome or Black accent??
Hey guys I am trying to decide how I want to accent my MMM camaro z28.
Here are pics as of right now.
I plan on doing a gloss black berger panel, and possibly dumping the tail light covers.
Wheels are not going to be in budget for a while.
Can people please post up pics of MMM camaro with smoked headlights and corner lights, and cleared ones.
I can't really find pics of MMM camaros with chrome accent vs. black accents

yeah well I am thinking of ditching the GS stripes for an ss hood with black stripes ran around it and down the front(like the one guy on here I forget his name. joker in his sig)
If I do that the gs stripes will go for sure.
I am thinking SS Spoiler and gloss black berger panel. Then ditch the covers and either tint the tails leaving the reverse lights, or getting some lt1 tails
I just can't decide between two set ups.
Setup 1
Sunoco Hood
Clear Headlights
Clear Corner Lights
Possibly trading the billet grill for a black bowtie grill
In this case idk if I would keep the gs stripes or dump them
Down the road chrome wheels(prolly c5 replicas, or TT2's)
Setup 2
3" SS Style hood with black stripes around it and down the front
Ditch GS Stripes
Blacked heads(Smoked projectors not covers)
Blacked Corners
Gloss berger panel
Same tail options as setup one
Down the road getting gloss black wheels.

Yeah I had just rotated them and noticed it right after I took the pics so I corrected it.
anyways I am thinking these headlights. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/98-02...ht_9824wt_1165
and these corner lights: http://www.amazon.com/Spec-D-93-01-C...2545201&sr=8-1
the 3" ss hood with the stripes like ls1camaro guy(post right above this)
Thoughts?

I don't have projector headlights or those black corners. I like my setup, but the blackout stuff that you mentioned aren't my favorite options. The only thing I like and have on set up 2 is the blacked out wheels. Set up 1 will look great IMO
I recently went back to clear corners, which are slightly tinted. I would also remove those tail light covers before you end up with warped tail lights. Also, if you can afford it, go with the SLP grille, it looks way better than any billet grille IMO.

I could paint the Billet grill and the area behind it black
so you got clear corners and did a light coat of nightshade?
I want the projectors over the whistler mod stockers.
Warped tails from plastic covers?
So those hood stripes of your. Did you order them pre cut or have a place make them or what?
Setup 1 is essintially this in my color with black berger. https://ls1tech.com/forums/appearanc...cs-inside.html

-I used vinyl tint for the clear corners, so I can remove it if I please.
-I don't like projectors b/c they scream after market IMO and nothing looks better than stock lights.
-Yes, those covers will speed up the process of warped tail lights b/c the heat from your brake bulbs will have no where to go. It WILL happen eventually, unless you switch to LED bulbs.
-I lined up the stripes myself and they were painted on.

Thanks! Yeah, thats one benefit of vinyl stripes, I just don't like how dull they look compared to paint. I used to have black vinyl stripes and one could definitely tell they weren't painted on and didn't look very good under certain lighting conditions.

i agree with ls1camaroguy, he has some good idea. but let me throw out anther suggestion, why not gunmetal accents like what bj350hp posted up? that pic inspired me to get gunmetal manta and hockey stripes to match gunmetal c5 rims. i will post up pics when i get home from work.
