Power steering cooler has slight leak
The small hose on the underside of the power steering cooler has a leak. Anyone have experience with this issue?
It does not appear to be where the nipple connects to the metal tube. But rather where the hose connects to the nipple. The hose is wet from that point down to were it curves upward near the steering pump. No water is dripping on the ground.
If I were to replace the squeeze clamp with a screw type clamp. Will water drain out when the hose is disconnected?
Any thoughts/advice on the matter is appreciated. Getting ready for a 300 mi trip soon.

Cut the crimp clamp off carefully, not damaging the cooler line.
Then I recommend using a high pressure fuel injection clamp to retain the line.
They hold pressure lines better than worm type clamps.
