Called Comp Cams They Said to just torque rockers to 22'lbs. Just got off the phone with comp cam they said to just torque all the rockers to just 22'lbs. That i do not need to turn the motor and set each rocker when the cylinder is at top dead center. This seems odd do to the fact that I put in a higher spring rate springs(918's). If this is right please let me know so I can finish cam install.

I guess (or hope) the pitch of the threads is so small that even though the spring force can be over 100lbs, once you divide that by a pitch of 1/20, you are only at about 5lbs (100*1/20=5lbs) that will affect the torque reading. 5lbs seems kind of significant to me, maybe the thread is shallower than 1/20?

then to 23 and turned motor a litle
then to 24 and turned motor a little
then to 23 and turned motor a litle

You'll never get close to hitting 22lbft until the rocker bottoms out on the rocker pedistal, and at that point you are torquing the rocker down to 22lbft. The spring would have to be SUPER strong before it'd affect the torque readings.
