Can I eliminate this

Return style fuel system going in. Its part of the egr system (dont know why). This comes from the gas tank and hooked up on the back side of the throttle body. There is also a vent to atmosphere by the tank. Nick williams 92mm has no provision for it.
Can I JUST ELIMINATE IT. Sorry forgot to add the image doing that now.

Thanks jimmy
Your right it did come off the intake manifold. I do need to pass emissions it a street truck. Its hard for me to remember I took everything apart so long ago LOL.
I doubt the book is wrong as it was written by Will Handzel former program manager for gmpp devision. But crazier things have happened. I guess if I need it to pass emissions I may be drilling and tapping the manifold. Any other thought on it?
Thanks for the input jimmy

I deleted mine but there are no emissions in Florida. Gulfstream sends all our emissions to northern Europe. Lol
If you do delete it, I think you will get a code that will also need deleting. Also, make sure to plug the metal line that goes back to the tank. I didn't on mine and my exhaust manifold lit the fumes. Looked like a pilot flame for a gas heater or something.
