I know progressive springs change spring rates as they are put under stress, whereas fixed rate springs stay the same.
Other then this, I don't know what the benefits are from either side - from a handling perspective. I currently have sfcs, adj phr, lcas + brackets, g2 springs, shocks, g2 swaybars on the car. What kind of difference would there be from a fixed rate spring to a progressive rate spring?
