Default hotchkis springs progressive?

These springs aren't progressive are they?

The advertised drop of of these springs are 1", but what are they really?

yes, they are. 285-525 front, 100-140 rear rates.

The advertised drop of of these springs are 1", but what are they really?
1" is about right, maybe .2 more or less.

I installed these about a week ago, dead-nuts 1" drop front
and rear on mine. You can see by the coil spacing that they
are progressive.

Mine dropped close to 1.5 inches all the way around.

I know progressive springs change spring rates as they are put under stress, whereas fixed rate springs stay the same.

Other then this, I don't know what the benefits are from either side - from a handling perspective. I currently have sfcs, adj phr, lcas + brackets, g2 springs, shocks, g2 swaybars on the car. What kind of difference would there be from a fixed rate spring to a progressive rate spring?

We dropped about 1.5 front and rear.
