Default Mini Tub for GTO

Does anybody know if there is a place around the Houston area that can mini tub a gto to fit wider tires on the back? It sure would be nice to be able to fit some 315s on the rear.

Yes but your gonna have to go to a rear coilover. Looking at prob $3k+ that's for parts, labor only.

Call SNL, they're up in Ft Worth area though. Costs around 1.5-2k plus you'll need new rims and tires.

Emtc out of east Tx does it for 1,200.00 and u can widen your wheels 1.5" to 2" and I don't think you have to go to a coil over set up. It's 225.00 per wheel to widen them. So about 1750.00 total.
But I've been looking for someone around here to do it myself. It's about a 4 hr drive for me and I travel on the so much it's hard to find to so it.

Call ETMC and ask them about it, see how long it will take to get it done.

But on emtc. They did all of my work and did a great job. If I can't find anyone around here to do it that's done it before I'll end up taking it up there for Stephen to do.
