i have a 95 camaro. 355 p/p heads, mild cam etc. what are the stock injector size for my year. allso will it run to0 rich or lean if i leave the stock injectors in? and if i go with 30# can the stock fuel pump feed enough for them or will i have to get a 255?thanks

24lbs/hr are stock. the #30s will work fine. id go ahead and upgrade the pump too if its high mileage

its been replaced maybe a few years ago. i called pcmforless and they said the stock one will work with the 30# i was just asking opinions

+1 for the Walbro 255. SpeedTweakerz has them for $105 shipped right now, which is a great deal. I just ordered one a few weeks ago, just because I have my exhaust off at the moment and figured I'd upgrade the high mileage stocker...I've been told they're good up to 600hp N/A

My car has a stock fuel pump and 37# injectors. No signs of trouble and the injectors arent working their asses off.

118k on the body, about 40k on the Walbro 255 with the original FPR, and about 2,000 miles on the new motor/transmission.

figured it was low as clean as your car is. It'll be interesting to see how long the stock pump lasts compared to what most people/vendors tend to believe.

Seems like everyone says that if you're over 400hp, you'll need to upgrade the stocker.

I just finished pulling a lt1 motor and trans out of a car with stock fuel pump that had 183k on it and my v6 currently has 180k on its stock fuel pump. Biggest thing keeping them going is not running them out of gas. Kills them fast from what I've read and heard.

I'd say get 37 lb injectors and a racetronix pump and wiring kit. My stock pump was dropping pressure with 48k on it. Last thing you want is going lean.

Yes, the pumps seem to be adequate and reliable for stock power, or was the LT1 modified?

My thoughts exactly. If it's monitored well (fuel pressure), it's not as big of an issue obviously. I'm just taking advantage of my current dumped exhaust setup and getting to the fuel pump while it's easier to access. From what I've heard, taking the exhaust off is the biggest part of the battle. I don't need the walbro right now, but I will down the road I'm sure.
