what to use to get tape off??
well first let me state i just got back from my 3rd deployment to iraq a few hours ago and i cant wait to hit the streets again in my CETA, seen soooo many RT challengers and 4.6/5.0 stangs to run now that im back. well any how i just got back and seen my car for the first time in about a year and i guess the window motor went out with the window half way down now the car was in a car port this whole time but with the some time foul weather here in central texas my wife thought it would be a good idea to put a trash bag in the window and put brown tape around the edge of the bag and its been like that the whole year. well now the tape it all nasty and gross looking and has left the gooie residue all over basicly the whole passenger side of the car. so my question is what best to use to get this off so i can have a pretty yellow car again.
thanks

really like the citrus-based adhesive removers like GooGone because they are non-toxic, biodegradable, and can be readily found at hardware, department, and grocery stores. It should remove the goo. I would wash and wax afterwards.

I used the Citrus Goo-Gone with no problems on the paint. I used it to take the adhesive stuff off the side of the fiancee's Camaro when I took the side moldings off her's and never looked back. And OP, thank you for your time and effort for this country.
