So the stall is in.

Kwik question for you. Is the times in your sig WITH the stall? If so, where do you live? I see you have it corrected so weather doesnt matter.
Just curious because here on the East Coast, I had an 01 SS with just drag radials, Cold Air Induction, and a Loudmouth catback and was hitting 12.64 ALL DAY LONG in fall weather.
It was an AWESOME bracket racer. I would pull 12.64-12.67 every run. And that was at Atco on an empty day(s) where you could hot lap OVER AND OVER AND OVER all dang session long!
I do understand that cars in the west have worse times thats why I ask where you are from or where those times were taken at.
P.S. Car looks like it is really taking well to the C.D. Converter. I just ordered up the 5C 4000 stall myself. Cant wait to flashy the bugger everywhere I go! LOL

Yes I am excited lol and no the tires are 315 sumitomo's that are not a good tire to hook on in my opinion. City driving is nothing like I expected. It is completely different from stock. It was so weird when I first started the car up after getting the fluid right and I was getn ready to drive it off the lift. I put it in reverse and it wouldn't move lol. I thought something was wrong, but you gotta give it some gas to move with the stall. I have seen so many people with stalls say that they feel almost like stock. In no way is it anything like stock lol. I love how it is though. When you shift just driving around in the city you can't hardly feel it cuz it barely drops. It is pretty cool. It took me tell today to get used to it. It feels really weird at first though. Like a hole new car.

Glad you like it.
I hear lots of different opinions from guys who first get the stall in. We just never heard the bad things in threads for some reason. Iv heard from one guy that he hates it cause hes gotta have the rpms liker 2500 just to get around town (this was with a ss3600) Another guy said a higher stall turned his trans into a total slushbox and made the car slower at anyother speed other than from a dig (think it was a ss3600). Heard from another guy and said a stall made the car a slug on the highway (dont remember what stall)
But like I said, its mostly from people that first get it in and they are not used to it.
