Does anyone make a chin spoiler for 4th Gen birds?

Default Does anyone make a chin spoiler for 4th Gen birds?
Hey guys, I've been tossing some appearance ideas around for my 93 Formula and I'm thinking some sort of chin spoiler (sort of like the Dick Harrel Camaro's) would look kinda cool on my car. Or I was thinking about taking a Taking an LT1 T/A bumper and cutting off the ground effects and making it work on my Formula.

Does anyone have anything they can show me or give me some ideas?
If I post a pic of my car could someone maybe photoshop something similar onto it?

This guy cut the front of his up and it gave it more flare:

the red car is mine, i can get better pics since i believe im 1 of 3 LT1s with a splitter and the only one active on this site
