Exclamation LMR Standing Mile Update #2

Turbo kit complete and off to get coated. Pulling out mock up block tomorow. Gonna clean up some stuff on the firewall and box in the frame where it is clearanced.

Looks good, car should be a monster. It's kind of funny that all your heavy hitter turbo 4th gen F-cars are black, hopefully some one drops off an SOM car just for you.

This years mile will be awesome.Better and better every year.Big thumbs up to you guys and all ya'll have done for Houston's street.

Oh yeah. 100 percent of the pre-turbo plumbing is back purged, on the rest it is 60/40 back purge or solar-flux for stainless. either way none of the welds are exposed to oxygen on the back side.

I have some questions. What will you guys be using for a rear end and drive shaft? And what brake setup are you guys going with to slow it down? I see in the new CHP that wilwood has a new line up of carbon ceramic rotors/pads for late model GM

Are you purging with 100% argon? Although you will never see the inside it will look as pretty as the outside and be alot smoother with better flow. Good job guys. Like mentioned above, you guys do it the right way.

Is it just the angle or is the hose coming off the thermostat housing going to be really close to the header?

i guess i can't bitch about having to fiddle with my 3" downpipe anymore when your cramming twin 4" downpipes in that cramped of a space.
