It it an SS
I hope I'm putting this in the right section. Anyway I lost my 00 Z28 to a tree the other day. I'm looking around at other Camaros and I find a place thatis a used dealer in Camaro and Firebirds. But when I look at the pics of some of the cars I have questions. I have attached a couple of pics. I looked at The Service Parts Sheet and it has WU8 and Y2Y, but I have never seen badges or interior like these. Is this a real SS our someone's attempt to do a clone. They do not look like factory badges. Can anyone help me with the ID?
Thanks,
Darrell

The fender badges are custom reproductions of the 35th Anniversary badge design.
The seats look authentic, straight out of a 35th Anniversary LE. They could be reproduction seat covers as well, however.
The car looks real good though.

Also exhaust cai hand tuner ls1with 425 hp?!?! I think we all got jipped.. I don't think I would buy a thing from there personally.. Every damn car has a modified interior and checkered flag stripes... ?!? And the camaros with hockey sticks and aftermarket badging erywhere.. Dunno i guess I just like things simple... Some are good looking cars I suppose if the interiors were converted back to stock and checkered stripes removed from the birds..

I do like the car, but like you said why dick with it. I work for a Harley Dealer and I like to keep them as close to stock as possible. It's easy to take off the bling if need be on a bike. Maybe the badges can come off a I can put originals back on, if I buy it. Just got to haggle about the price.

Not sure why, but something tells me I have read about this dealership in the past selling clones. I could be wrong as I can't find anything now. Proceed cautiously.
