Opti Help please
Here soon I will be doing a complete tune up and fixing my oil leak in the front of the motor. But I am confused on which optispark to go with.
Here is my dilemma I dont have alot to spend on the opti so here are my options.
MSD from autozone for - $150
CMS for $100 will probably want the top shelf with lifetime warranty.
I have tried to do alot of research but there is alot of mixed information so I would like a more direct answer on which is the better one to get. Also any suggestions on tune up parts would be great to (plug wires, plugs, oil i should use and so on).
My car is stock except for exhaust and ram air addon, its a 95 LT1 with 134k miles.
Thanks,

The MSD from autozone is probably just the cap and rotor, not the opti. MSD opti's are in the $500-600 range.
There's alot of people that don't like what CMS said on the other forum. But I personally bought his top shelf opti and its been working great so far. I rev mine to 6.6k rpm and have put about 4k miles on it without a problem. Alot of people told me to put a AC Delco opti on, but I didn't want to spend $350+ so I bought the CMS unit. No regrets so far.
