The city of Fort Wayne, Indiana got $78 million from a City Light Lease Settlement, and they are willing to spend $10 million towards what the community wants. They are taking ideas from the city people on what they want. The #1 idea right now is to build a Fort Wayne Dragstrip/Motorsports Park. I hope it goes through, but we have a lot of up tight old no funners that dont like loud cars or fast looking cars aound. I guess they think it brings trouble....

Im all for it as I am not much for street racing anymore. Seems like I hear of people going to Fort Wayne all the time to race and get busted.
I've came up a few times, never with my car always on the R1 to keep me out of trouble. I've always wondered when you get large groups like what used to be at all how many undercovers come out and just radio in when they hear there is going to be a race and tell them where its going to be and then you get busted.

A track would solve all these problems for me, and I would make the trip more often to have fun.
