Default KSport coilovers, what spring rate. Expert inside :)

Well I think I'm going to go with a set of ksports.

However, I'm wondering if I should go with the standard spring rate or go with a custom spring rate. I see people with the qa1's go with a F 600, R 650. But can you order to that. I'm relatively new to coilovers, and just looking for help.

My kind of driving, I'm a very spiritied driver. I never bring it to the track, but I do drive it very hard on the street. Dragging, cornering very often.

i run their standard spring rate and couldn't be happier with the streetability. considering how low i've been riding for 2 years, it's a no brainer for me.

you'll be very satisfied you went coilovers, especially eliminating the factor of trying to fool your car in to going back to oem height as many here have faced that challenge.

absolutely. the cars just reacts so much better than before and really hugs the road. a few months back i turned up the damper stiffness a bit and it was even better.

I'd go with K-sports but I'm worried about those who have used them say that the car is absolutely SLAMMED; even at the highest setting... and I need a little bit of height on the track.

i don't know about that. the highest setting left a couple fingers gap for me (at least in the rear).

How is it on the highest setting, I have a slight slope to my driveway and have heard people selling theirs because they can't get up their driveway

tony tone, would it be too big of a pain in the *** for you to lift the car to the highest setting and do a gound to middle of the fender lip, or ground to front lip for us to measure and see? Maybe a pic?...I have a slope on mine too but i kw v1's on my wifes 325 and its fine unless you back into the driveway.....and its pretty damn low.

I would love to see that. I'm just really worried about Jersey roads and being way too low. I would love to see a picture of that. I don't want to purchase these and them now work for me.

im with them. i would love to see what the K-sports look like in their highest setting. if they have more adjustability than i have been led to believe, they will probably be on my list.

it would, lol. sorry. too much work and not enough time, at least in recent times.

if you guys are worried about your cars sitting too low at the highest setting, please take that off your list. although the highest setting is not stock, it's probably to the likes of a H&R spring drop persay.

by far, aside from KWs, the best suspension you could get for our car that's available.
