Default question about patriot performance heads

hey, i saw where patriot performance was selling those cnc heads pretty cheap. is there anything wrong with the heads they sell? i saw that they sell stage 3 cnc ported heads for like 2000. whats the deal witht heir low prices? What kind of power gains would i expect from a cam and stage 3 heads on an 02 slp firehawk ta?

There's nothing wrong with thr PP heads. I have them and they are great. I'm sure you'll gain alot with the stage 3 set up.

depends on what size cam you go with and what supporting mods you get...but just heads and a decent sized cam ie 231/237 you could add about 60hp to the wheels...add headers, catback you may be looking at closer to 100 total hp more than stock give or take.

I just got a set of PP stage three heads and had them flowed by a independent flow bench and they made great numbers!!! More than they advertise. If I sold those heads they would cost $800.00 more. So far I'm very impressed.

they had some initial problems that most companies have when they first come on the market

but terry has gotten just about everything straightened out and sells a great product at an even better price

I gained 30 rwhp / 30 rwtq with the 'LS6' heads over my stock heads. That was with a TR224 cam.

I still haven't figured out why there called LS6 heads. 243's are LS6 heads.

We call them LS6 style.
