That's impressive, as someone who dropped ~60 lbs I can imagine how much work goes into what you have done

It's actually 1 year and 3 months. Doing that in the 3 months is plain scary

Nice work JS! It's good to see someone doing it with good old fashioned will power!

Really good work. I've hit a wall at 245... not sure what it's going to take to really get thru it. I'm aiming for 225, that would put me 70 lbs down from a year and a half ago.

I'm almost starting to think it's a lofty goal... I know I still have some to lose, but short of eating like a rabbit and really doing absolutely nothing but going to the gym all week.. I don't know what it's going to take. I'm at the point that I see about a lb go every couple weeks, if I'm lucky....

Depressing... but I guess it's better then nothing.

You've done a great job. So many people I know that really could take a lesson or 10 fron what you're doing!

Thanks guys, not trying to be a big shot just letting people know U CAN DO IT TOO
Diet is real important, I eat 5 times a day (3 Meals and 2 Protien Drinks) about 2200 calories...
I am on the treadmill (HIIT) 3 times a week and gym 3 times a week

DIET IS THE KEY, I eat egg whites, grilled chicken, fish, yams, green veggies, brown rice, lean steak and a quality supplement pack of creatine, glutamine, fish oil, natty test booster, multi, nitrox II....I take a pre and intra workout drink and EAT evey 3hrs...

U MUST EAT AND U MUST EAT CORRECTLY...I cycle evey 10 weeks from the bulk cycle to a cut for 8 weeks and on that cycle I cut carbs to 100g a day, green tea, recreate, cla and fish oil with a multi..

I only drink water, 1 to 1.5 gallons a day....
2 cups of black coffee too

I WILL BE 205 hopefully by Oct..
NOW ALL I NEED IS A F-CAR TO COMPLETE THE TRANSFORMATION

Congrats, your doing a great job. Diet is the key, hands down. Lots of cold water is also a huge help, negative calories and less retention when fully hydrated.

You should add some L-Carnitine to your cutting phase. The liquid form is best.

Good luck on reaching your goals, I'm sure you will.

Total props to you man, that is an awesome accomplishment! I lost 50lbs in about 3 months with just diet and exercise but I fell back into my old ways and gained 35lbs back. You are an inspiration to many including myself!

Try the SCI FIT Kre-Alkalyn 1500 creatine. It's pill form and has 100% absorbtion. You don't have to cycle it and no stomach issues.
I remember you years back sitting in Carteks garage on a milk crate eating boloney on hot dog buns that you were pulling out of your pockets,
Now we're talking creatine!
