Default Finally Got BBK's

I finally got my coated bbk's today, I guess the third time is a charm. The first 2 sets I received were bent on the ball flange, but I didn't have any problems in returning them, just the wait...hope to get them on this weekend.

A little preview..

425$? is that because you had to send them back?

No I didn't get them for $425 because I had to send them back, they was listed for $499 but when I called they said they could give me a 15% discount...I didn't want to argue with them...lol.....it wasn't from a sponsor on here, but I couldn't pass it up with free shipping also..I ordered the e-cutout and other stuff from ws6 store...great service

So are these headers 2 1/2" collectors or are they 3"collectors reduced at the y pipe?

Looks to be 3" at the collector's, but with the ball flange it cut's it down to 2 1/2 for the y..then back to a 3" merge....if that sounds right.....still learning

I can, I just installed mine 2weeks ago. At the collectors/2 Y-tips its 2 1/2 inches then its 3 inches where the Y connects at the other end.

This sounds confusing to me. Is it a 3 inch collector or a 2.5? I know the y pipe is a 2.5 with a 3 merge but is the collectors 3?

O ok now I see what you mean. That I don't know, it's a wierd ball joint style flange. I can vaguely remember measuring the opening at 2.5" and thinking it was odd, but do not take my word for it.

Man, I'm diggin the new BBK longtubes.. I definitely like the flange fitting, and if I was to ever use a ypipe again, I really like the merge.

I finally got them installed today, it took me about 10hrs. but i didn't think this was to bad for my first install...couldn't ask for any better fitment, no grinding or cutting, they slid right in...sounds pretty good going into my magnaflow cb...but I still have to wire my e cutout.

They also tuck up nice and close to the body, so no worries if you're lowered.

Make the y pipe 3" already and they won't be able to keep them on the shelf

****, those look really nice. The merge looks nice and they have flanges. This makes me want to ditch my Pacesetters and and grab a pair of those. I really want a set with flanges so they seal properly, and something that tucks and looks nice. Honestly I'm not very happy with my Pacesetters after looking at these. I might have to sell them anad pick these up!
