Is the seal being put on backwards and the crankcase pressure is blowing it out?

No it's not the thing that goes on the front of the intake that is a block off for evap. (newbie) it's in the left valve cover in the rear of it in a rubber gromet. Now if you don't know what it does. It is vacume operated off the rear of the intake also on the left side and when it gets vacume on it,it allows the pressure out of the crank case thus keeping pressure off of all the seals especially the front and rear main

You are blowing them out from crankcase pressure. Stop replacing them and fix the actual problem.

There is a y connection in the back of the intake that you can feel, very often they gum up and clog, possibility that it is completely clogged somewhere in that pcv line. That line is 125 $ from GM i believe.

Then again i have a feeling it may be a little more serious then that

Gotta have the pvc system. Very important to your motor.
