Dyno'd my new toy.... So for my bday i bought myself a 2000 SS w/ 67,000 miles 6-speed with an *** load of mods for $10k. Well I finally got the chance to get it tuned and get sum numbers on it so here we go: The air fuel ratio was all over when I went in and the idle was all messed up but got it all taken car of and the car runs great now! Car put down 410rwhp and 400rwtq thru a slipping clutch and the curve was still going up bc they only revved to 6500 and my redline is 7 and the cams powerband is good to 6800 so it prolly got a lil more in it. They said it comes to about 470-480 at the crank. Not too shabby. Car also feels like its got wayyy more power bc of the 12 bolt w 410 posi out back. Not too bad for a car w/ all power, a/c and stereo. lol

I feel like it should have dynoed more, but maybe because the clutch is slipping.. cause I don't have heads and I'm only 25-30hp less than you...

Yea thats the mod list and yea the clutch is slippin so not gettin all the power down and like i said my redline is 7k and my can makes power to 6800 but they only revved to 6400 and the HP curve is still goin up at the end of the chart so yea it has a lil more in it than it shows. So just my lil secret. lol

good lookin SS. Well now i have a new prob. I was gettin on her pretty good the other day and now she is runnin a lil funny at low throttle but if i get on it it gets ok so talked to a few ppl and we thinkin simple thing 1st...fuel filter bc i was rowards the bottom of tank so coulda got sum trash in it and i looked at it and it looks like the original filter bc look ooold and got 69,000miles on the car so gonna chainge that today.
