The MAST is laready there since more than one year, but the other like TFS & GM!!!

I don't think a (relatively) huge LS3 port would be worth much with a 3.9" bore and the small valves needed to not shroud against the cylinder. There are more than enough excellent cathedral port heads as it is for a 3.9" bore.
