Should i pull any associated fuses and relays to the AIR and EGR systems after i've deleted them?

Not sure what you're asking - you mean to keep the codes/SES from coming on without having them tune out? If the systems have been deleted and codes tuned out no need to, use them as spares.

I plan on getting a tune anyway i just didn't know if you should pull the relays for any specific reason after the systems are deleted. Maybe more like a safety concern to de-energize the wiring. Maybe im overthinking it!

If you leave the AIR pump in, can you just cut the hoses short to hide them and unplug the pump (with race headers and tuning them out, of course) or will a tune stop the pump from coming on?

Pulled my relays and fuses. Doesn't hurt to keep them/pull them, either way.

Yeah the most I did aside from removing all the EGR and AIR parts was put some electrical tape around the left over connectors in the engine bay. Otherwise I didnt pull any fuses or anything nor have I ever heard anyone say you should. I think you are ok leaving everything else on the car.
