Setting fuel pressure...
I'm wondering what the proper procedure for setting "base" fuel pressure is.
Currently, I have it set with the car not running at 55psi (my target base pressure). When I start the car, it goes down to 46psi @ 16hg. I'm assuming that this is correct, as the regulator is referencing the vacuum in the intake?
I guess that I'm really just not sure if "base" pressure should be set with the car at idle, or as I have it set up currently?

+1 set the pressure with the vacuum hose disconnected.
The pressure you set it to will be needed to recalculate the IFR table; or you can set the pressure to 58 psi.
+1 IFR table will be flat (same value in all cells).
