Will they fuel rail covers off of a ls1 98-04 corvette fit onto my 02 trans am?

Yes, you may have to trim them in places, however.

Yes, they should-I believe they have mounting bolts IIRC. You can also find fbody specific ones on ebay, and I believe some companies make aftermarket ones for LS motors as well.

You will have to trim them to make them fit the lines on an f-body, the ones sold by other companies or ebay that state for f-bodies have already been modified.
