HELP: Moser 9inch gasket problem
Anyone else have an issue that the gasket(center section to rearend housing) never lines up?
I'm thinking I was sent the wrong one, no matter which way i try to line it up it will not lay flat.
Can i use RTV instead of the moser supplied gasket
Also the instructions say use gear oil with no Limited slip additive i couldn't find any at my local autozone without it. Suggestions.

Really, you can buy a roll of gasket material at the auto parts store, cut a section the size of the housing, and trace it and cut it out with a blade. I also highly recommend keeping a roll around just cause. Damn handy when you need a gasket or you damage one on installation. I use cork rubber gasket rolls myself. Avoid the paper crap I say.
