Lashway Roadside Assistance!
I want to give a shout-out to Josh @ Lashway Motorsports for the unheard of assistance he provided me with last night. Here is the story:
Last night I was on my way home from Boca Raton to Miami Beach area. It was bumper to bumper traffic so I decided to take the Sheridan exit (about 20 miles from Lashway) and go through Collins Ave.
I was at a light, and as it turned green, I pressed the clutch, put it into first, and nothing…clutch got stuck to the floor. Since it was in neutral, I pushed the car off to the side into a vacant gas station and tried playing with it for a bit to no avail.
As it was already 10:30pm, I figured I would test my luck and call Lashway, before calling a tow. To my surprise, Josh answered the phone (he was in the middle of tuning a car) and quickly responded with “either you don’t have any clutch fluid, or your fluid is crap/has air bubbles. I will be over there right away.” Within 20-30 minutes, Josh showed up with a jack, tools, bleeder tool, and clutch fluid. So right there, in a vacant gas station, he lifted the car and did a fluid change. By 11:45pm, he was on the way back to the shop, and I was safely on my way home with a great working clutch!
I am still in complete awe about the way that Lashway Motorsports was able to help me out.
Thanks again Josh and I will be coming to see you soon for some upgrades!

I can also vouch that they helped me out well last year. My Head/cam LS1 trans am was making a loud noise during start. The car was parked at my house about 100 miles away and they came and towed the car to their shop. They came from pompano beach to Ft.Pierce. Granted I had to pay for the tow that they did but they picked up the car and worked on it. It was a broken Yella Terra rocker. Thanks Josh and Eric. Probably take my corvette to them to have them install the clutch soon.

Sorry I missed all the fun...
It still baffles me when I hear the horror stories from other shops.
Remember, Josh and I own this business. We started it with little financial backing
and focused on our core
competencies- and of course our beloved customers! This is a snippet of our shops mission....
