Z28 vs. 2 600cc street bikes So this last week I have come across two friends one owns a 06 Honda cbr 600 rr and the other a 08 yamaha 600. Out of luck we have managed to come across some red lights and were first in line. Both kids have been
Riding for several years. So we decided to run the 2 vehicles and see what happens. Odds were they would kill me but both races from dead stop on street with street tires a was able to get the launch and continue to pull away until I let off at 135 which was really only a 10-14 sec race and they were maybe 2-3 car lengths behind as I let off. This not only surprised me but them as well! Made my week!

You have enough power to pull 2-3 lengths and reach 135 in 10-14 seconds but it still dead hooks on street tires? Suspension magic/mods please, the whole drag racing world is waiting......

Yeah and idk why my signature is not coming on but the car is a 2000 z28 m6 hardtop car. Moser 12 bolt with 456 gears. Stage 3 clutch stock tranny. Intake black wing lid I think it's called that. 85 maf ported throtle body with ls6 intake 243 x4 ported heads mild
222/226 cam. Pacesetter lts with no cats and 3.5 dynomax muffler tsp y pipe. All spohn suspension short ta. Lca. Subframe connectors. Car still needs tune get that next month and for tires just 285 40 17r I believe. That's about it and idk why but this car just runs very well. I copied a ws6 I saw on YouTube a cartek car running 10.38 @ 13_? mph can't remember with 28x10.5 15 wheels and tires with roughly same mods no fi or nitrous. I haven't taken car to track and idk if the riders started to let off cause they couldn't keep up or what. I had to feather the clutch alot to reduce 1st gear wheel spin and blip 2nd so it didn't spin thru and also blip 3rd got into 5th gear due to only having 26 tall tires not 28 and my rev limit with out tune, hypertech only goes to 6400 but with tune which I need badly but is 400$ cause car running Lil choppy and rich due to lts and cam without tune. But yeah that's about it guys

pfffffftttt. your post is so full of fail I'm not even gonna point out all the crap. Let's just say, your untuned high 12 second car would have gotten slaughtered if your wannabe starbucks parking lot matching leather rider friends had a clue how to ride there bikes. If they knew what they were doing, you would need a 150 shot just to be able to read see license plates at the end of the run.

agree mystic i see your back in top form, lol, yeah i just dont see it man sorry , and your an idot for rolling a highly modded car on a tune from a handheld, oh wait this is a fairytail my bad lol,and 4.56 gears on street tires with power ,you would have to do a lil more than feather the clutch lol,i could go on with things that just dont work but i have all ready given your bs kills to much time,

99% of the bike riders I've come across CANNOT launch them worth a ****. Race them from a roll and they'll eat your lunch. Race them from a dig and you'll eat theirs.
BTW I was one of those "can't launch a bike" guys way back when. Just could never get the handle on it. Had a 1982 Kaw GPZ 1100. Could kick anybody's *** from a roll.

99% of the bike riders I've come across CANNOT launch them worth a ****. Race them from a roll and they'll eat your lunch. Race them from a dig and you'll eat theirs.
