Default What is suppose to go here?

I just installed my ported LS4 intake manifold and now my car is idling like ****. I think it a vacuum leak but no codes. My original intake did not have these holes on the top. Please help Third Pic is the one I took off my car.

Well I found where the vacuum leak is and its not there. It is coming from the fitting that is suppose to be blocked off by where the brake booster hose is. What can I use to plug it or cap it? Thanks guys!

It is nothing. If you look inside of it there is just a plastic bottom. GM was going to put that as a MAP sensor location but changed it. I asked the exact same question when I replaced the engine in my GXP.
