Default po650/ ses light not working

I have a 99 ls1 b4c car. It is showing a po650 code along with a po332(?) It's a knock sensor bank 2 code. I have tried doing research but can't come up with anything on how to fix the po650 malfunction indicator lamp. My ses light does not work, hints the po650 code. First question is how can I fix this, I know it has to do with the pcm wiring but vet lost after that, I dont even know where the pcm is on this car. I looked under the dash and see a bunch of wiring so I assume somewhere around there? Secondly when I fix the knock sensor and it does not throw that code anymore, will the po650 go away since there will be no reason for the ses light to come on? I assume I can't have a MIL if its not being used. Eaither way i need these codes gone for inspection. So even if I can't trouble shoot the po650 code can I just "tune it out" with hptuner like egr and air codes? Thanks for all the help in advance!
Ps mods in Sig if needed

Well two different things might happening here. Are they current or history codes? Here's what I'd do if you think the secondary air codes haven't been tuned out. Remove the AIR PUMP fuse under the hood and drive it for a few cycles - that should set the MIL and probably throw P0412.

Current codes. I'm almost 100% sure air codes have been tuned out. I have no air, pump and hoses are taken off, and have never threw codes for air after dyno tune

Sorry, didn't see !AIR in your sig. If you still want to verify if the MIL will come pull something else - like ENG SEN fuse.

Internal ground within the PCM maybe? Did you visit gearchatter? www.gearchatter.com/viewtopic8832.php You may need to pull the connector.
