Default Stock replacements or Bilsteins for Aftermarket Rear

Hey guys my shocks are on their last leg and the ride is getting pretty brutal...basically feels like the shocks are rigid pieces and I feel every single bump on the road and my s60 is hitting the bump stops ALL THE TIME...

So my question is are the Bilsteins worth the extra $$? I'm not dropping the dime for konis so that is out of the question. As of now I'm only planning on keeping this car for about another year and a half

Stock shocks are absolute junk. $400 for shocks isn't bad at all, considering you'd be getting a pretty nice set of shocks if you went with the Bilsteins.

I have a set of rear Koni SA's used I can sell. They're third gens, sold as part of Strano's 4/3 package. Apparently good options for a heavier axle.

I put the Bilstiens in the rear recently...they are very nice. I kept my adjustable Hals up front.

I just put Bilsteins on all four corners. Definitely worth it.
