Default LC-1 help..

How are you guys getting the lc-1 part into the car, or is it safe to leave it outside the car..

Ive hearde of going through the shifter but I don't see how..

I left the control box under the car. I also went up and in through the shifter boot in the center console. Remove the top part of your console, you will see when you get it off.

yes its safe, keep it away from a lot of heat. just zip tie it to something.

i went through the body grommet by the driver seat in the floor. the unit and connector stay inside if you just slit the rubber.

It reached to your y-pipe from there to that grommet?

its a great system as long as you can install it and get it calibrated. i bought my kit new and the LED was defective as was the o2 sensor. of course innovative wouldnt warranty it and they were less than knowledgeable or helpful.

however after figuring out the led (replacing it from radio shack) and buying a new 02 from summit, it worked. total cost: $230

sucked when i bought the kit new for $150
