That is two nasty cars. The EVO weight advantage and the GT500's loss of traction helped the EVO kill the GT500. AWD FTW.

Was it just me or did I just see absolutely nothing. That was not a race. I saw two cars screwing around on the highway.
It said "you can clearly see who the winner is"..WTF? Ahhh. NO

If you watch the video, all you can see is the GT500 breaking the tires loose. That is all I can see. Now if want to call that a lose becuase of traction than I would have to agree. However, does not mean you are faster.

Sorry man..Not saying the Evo was not a fast car by any means. The GT500 broke the tires loose and could not stay in it unless he wanted to end up in the wall. From the video that you showed, there is no way to truly determine who "would have" won the race on power alone. As for having a poorly setup car (GT500) with too much power and no traction, I say the Evo kicked ***.
I am baffled sometimes when I see people put tons of mods into the motor but don't spend a dime on suspension/traction. All they managed to do is create an expensive tire shredder.

even if the gt500 hooked I think the evo would stil come out on top around the same power with a 1000 pound weight difference

that gt 500 is set up he wasnt on any tire hes runnin low 10s at the track on a real tire

Very possible but that is just conjecture...The video offers no proof of that. That was my only point. Sorry to be a dick!

10s? If he can't crack into the 9s with 800rwhp, that's pathetic.

I think the GT500 can hit a 9 if he sets up the suspension and runs a slick.

Same power the EVO is going to walk him. The weight difference is just to much. The EVO should be a 9 maybe low 10 sec car him self. Just seen one run 8s that was same power levels but was a gutted car with a billion point cage.

Did you see my sig? That should answer that question real quick for you.

Regardless, 800rwhp is more than enough to make it into the 9s on a tire.

No one made the claim that this race was supposed to show who would win based on power alone. Two cars raced, one got it's *** kicked, the end

So if a FWD spins its *** off to a loss its a loss but when the RWD car spins to a loss its really not a loss and doesnt mean anything
