Default Deepest Sounding 2.5" Bullets???

Going true dual's on my IROC, and i really can't see how i'd fit 2 3" pipes under there so i'm going with 2.5" with an X or H pipe. No cat's BTW

So...What's the deepest/"best" sounding bullet mufflers? I've heard dynomax is raspy...i've heard some borla's on youtube and they sound pretty good.

Also...which is better? an X or H pipe? any sound differences?

Thanks guys!!

I'm no expert but have been told that an H-pipe sounds better, while an X-pipe will get you a few more horses.
I'm running an H-pipe with two 2.5" magnaflow bullets and I absolutely love it.
No rasp and very deep tone.
Magnaflow part # is 10416

Running 1 3/4" headers, 2 1/2" exhaust, X-pipe, Dynomax 18" race bullets, and dumps. Sounds awesome!

If you want loud then go with Dynomax Bullets. Have you ever heard a sound clip of single chamber Flowmasters? Awesome, deep, loud, true muscle car sound.

An x or h pipe will both sound good. I've got an x-pipe with 3" glass packs and it sounds really good (LPP system). I haven't heard enough systems in person to say one sounds better than the other.

what engine does your iroc has? stock? or lsx? id go with H if it was old sbc, and X if its a LSx engine. H pipe will give you the tone that is close to old school LT1s. both should sound sick anyway. my friend got a magnaflow bullet on a Y pipe and it sounds very deep with almost no rasp. id vote for magnaflows. good luck

You could also run a set of Moroso Spiral flow mufflers.

Unfortunately, my Kodak Z712 has horrible sound capture capabilities...
