New to the V8 game
Hey guys, just picked up a 2000 Trans Am WS6 M6 last week. Needs some tlc for sure so that's my main focus before any performance stuff. Although I'll more than likely tint it and buy lowering springs before too long.
Here's some stuff I need help with.
Anyone have an extra one of these dash pieces? I haven't checked local salvage yards yet but will this week sometime.
Are these wires from the security system? Previous owner had to have the ignition changed.
Gonna need some reupholstering lol

congratulations on your fbody, welcome to the club.
I bought my 98 Z28 M6 (in sig) about 2 months ago, also needs some TLC/maintenance which i hope to catch up on this summer, keep doing my research, save my money all winter, then put about $2000 into it next summer and hopefully push 370-380.
Good luck with yours.

I actually had a set installed on my Marauder when I had it, and I went through serpentine belts like crazy, different brands and different sizes trying desperately to find the right size. I know it's a different setup, but I don't think I'd ever get U/D pulleys again.
