Default Windshield washer doesn't work anymore after R&R?

Last night i pulled out the brackets that surround the windshield washer bottle and the hood latch to paint since they were ugly grey. Upon reassembly and testing to make sure everything is working........I tried the windshield washer and it just doesn't spray water anymore. It did right before i took everything apart. I connected the electrical connection at the top and the water line below it just like it was before i took it apart. Any ideas whats wrong???

Let it sit with IGN on but not running so you can listen
for the pump motor; does it respond to the switch?

Lines may have drained while disconnected and need
some run time to purge; small squirter orifices and a
long way to go. If the pump does run, maybe just
give it some time to prime and purge the air?

I did let it sit for sometime while i was holding it down waiting for it to work. But no dice. I can't really hear anything while its on other than the wiper blade motors....
