Default dealer g8gt with lots of maintenance before sold

I am about to close on an 09 g8gt but am scared by the carfax. It appears that the previous owner (1 owner car) got fed up with maintenance and sold it right before the warranty ran out (his warranty expired at 36,200), or is there any other explanation for this? It is certified pre owned so I will get an extra year of warranty and 12k miles, but still, this is scaring me.

bumper to bumper is expired, but the powertrain warranty last until 100,000 miles, so what are you worried about?

Some sort of issue that isn't fixable. Also it is a CPO so I get a 1 year 12k mile bumper to bumper, but still, i'd like to know what was wrong with the car and/or talk to the previous owner. That's why I hate buying cars from dealers.

That just looks like regular maintenance. I would be happy there is that much maintenance recorded. Most people don't even do it anymore.

Standard maintenance, nothing more. I wonder if the car was on a two year lease that just happened to come up at around the 36,000 mile mark.

it just seemed like he really liked getting his tires rotated... but it seems like it was the regular scheduled maintenance

Looks like it was leased and it was up.

Agreed, I don't see anything to worry about. All used cars are a gamble anyway, regardless of what some report says...
