Its not the cam you sould be concerned with its the valve springs. Make sure they can handle the additional lift

Well I have patriot-performance double springs with locks, seats and titanium retainers, I believe it supports up to .650 lift, I also have new pushrods comp cams 7.400 I'm wondering how much will be the total lift with that cam and 1.8 rockers???

.583/.583 with those rockers. Well within range of the springs.

IMO, for what the rockers cost it I'd just go with new cam.

In that case I would have to mail tune my PCM, would a TSP 228R or maybe a 233/239 would be good with stock rockers, heads and manifolds or is too much?

EPS has a 224/230 111lsa,which would be a nice upgrade while still having good lowend power. FYI
, you'll want a wider split like this when using the stock heads and exhaust manifolds.

What's the lift # for intake and exhaust for that cam?

Intake Lift: .609", Exhaust Lift .607".

If that's more lift then you want to run you could always just do a custom TSP cam using the drop down menu. Then you could run a 224(.581")/230(.592") w/XE-R lobes and run a lsa from 110-116. If you want something a little larger 226(.585")/232(.595") also w/XE-R lobes lsa from 110-116.

Or

Futral F7 Cam. - 224"/230" .588"/.595" 114LSA
